Barca Will be Patient Waiting for Fabregas
Barcelona - Barcelona admitted to not be hasty in the process of negotiation Cesc Fabregas. Barca are even ready to wait until the last moments of the transfer market.
Barca to bid for Fabregas still rumored to about 35 million pounds, while Arsenal touted asking 40 million pounds to the captain. This then makes the negotiations stalled.
Vice President of Barcelona, Josep Bartomeu, said that based on the experience of Barcelona did not intend to take hurry steps. They chose to stay calm while waiting for developments.
Last year, Barca have Javier Mascherano just days before the summer transfer window closed. Not impossible, the same thing also happened to Fabregas.
"Based on experience in recent years, and last season, we have until the last minute before the season starts (to bring in players)," he said Bartomeu as reported by the Guardian.
"We made the transfer so late last season. We have the best team in the world, so we can still be patient. No need to rush. We will wait until the last moment."
However, Barca are also not worried if there are other clubs who want to offer Fabregas is more expensive than they are. Bartomeu said Los Cules will remain in their own way.
"We are aware that there are other clubs who can spend more money than us. But we will stay on our roads without too much notice of what other clubs do," he said.
